Job summary

Deloitte Singapore SR&T Pte. Ltd. seeks an Internal Quality and Risk Management (QRM) Manager to implement and enhance quality and risk processes across Southeast Asia. You will collaborate with engagement teams, regional QRM functions, and leadership to drive risk awareness and maintain high standards.

The role focuses on regulatory compliance, policy development, and timely reporting to senior leadership, enabling compliant, high‑quality client engagements across SEA.

Qualifications

• Minimum 8–12 years in regulatory affairs, risk management or corporate finance advisory.
• Familiar with Capital Markets Services regulations in Singapore and Malaysia.
• undergraduate degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Risk Management or Law.

Responsibilities

• Support risk and quality management across SEA SR&T to enable business growth.
• Lead regulatory compliance advisory and drive program implementation.
• Develop and maintain QRM policies, guidelines and tools.
• Collaborate with General Counsel and Legal teams to mitigate risks.
• Provide leadership reporting on regulatory, risk and quality matters.
