Job summary

Utrust Strategy Pte. Ltd. is a Singapore-based recruitment and talent solutions company seeking an experienced Sales Manager to lead business development, build strong corporate client relationships, and grow the recruitment business. You will develop sales strategies, manage pipelines, and present proposals to clients.

The role requires and a proactive, results-driven mindset. Basic salary starts at SGD 6,000+ per month with performance-based commissions in a dynamic, growing environment.

Qualifications

• Strong communication, negotiation, and presentation skills required.
• Ability to build and maintain client relationships and networks.
• Self-motivated, commercially driven with the ability to work independently.

Responsibilities

• Identify and develop new corporate clients and business opportunities.
• Proactively reach out to companies to understand hiring needs and present recruitment solutions.
• Develop and maintain a strong sales pipeline and meet revenue targets.
• Prepare recruitment proposals, service packages, and quotations for prospective clients.
• Convert leads into successful recruitment engagements.
• Build and maintain relationships with existing and prospective corporate clients.
• Collaborate with recruitment consultants to present suitable candidates.
