UNITYCRAFT CONSTRUCTION PTE. LTD. is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor in Singapore to perform precise quantity take-offs from architectural and structural drawings, and to prepare and update BOQs based on latest revisions.

You will prepare cost estimates and budgets for tender and ongoing projects, evaluate subcontractor claims, monitor costs, and submit progress claims to clients. Your role includes assessing Variation Orders, procuring materials, coordinating with site teams and

Responsibilities

Perform accurate quantity take-off from construction drawings (architectural, structural).
Prepare and update Bill of Quantities (BOQ) based on latest drawings and site revisions.
Prepare cost estimates and budget planning for tender and ongoing projects.
Evaluate and verify subcontractors’ claims and quotations.
Monitor project cost against budget and report cost variances.
Prepare and submit progress claims to clients/consultants.
Assess Variation Orders (VO) and support documentation for submission.
Procure materials and subcontractor packages, including sourcing and comparison.
Coordinate with site team, consultants, and project managers to ensure costing accuracy.
Assist in the preparation and closing of final accounts.
