Job summary

Kimly Construction Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a qualified Quantity Surveyor with 3+ years' experience to manage cost estimation, budgeting and contract administration for main and subcontractors.

You will work closely with project teams to prepare budgets, track changes, finalise accounts, and ensure tender accuracy. Proficiency in MS Excel and a methodical, detail-oriented approach are essential.

Qualifications

• Degree / Diploma in Quantity Surveying, Construction Management or a related field.
• At least 3 years of experience as a Quantity Surveyor in the construction industry.
• Experience with main contractors in Singapore preferred.
• Proficiency in cost estimation, project cost management, and contract administration.

Responsibilities

• Support RFQ processes and coordinate with project team for timely subcontractor awards.
• Assist in preparing cost budgets and cash flow, track design/construction changes.
• Prepare LOA for first cut review by SQS and assist in variation claims.
• Prepare and call quotations, analyze bids for costing, negotiate subcontracts.
• Review agreements for award to subcontractors and suppliers.
• Certify and evaluate progress work, administer contract variations.
• Submit monthly progress claims and recommend payments.
• Finalize subcontract and main contract final accounts.
• Prepare quantities and summaries for VO works and as-built drawings.
