Job summary

LUXX NEWHOUSE PTE LTD is seeking a detail-oriented Quantity Surveyor to manage project costing, tendering, and contract administration in Singapore. The role requires strong technical knowledge in quantity surveying, proficiency in design software, and coordination with sales and project teams to deliver value-driven solutions.

The successful candidate will prepare cost estimates, handle project quotations, develop BOQ frameworks, perform quantity take-offs, and ensure cost control throughout

Qualifications

• 2–3 years of relevant working experience in construction/quantity surveying.
• Diploma or Degree in Building, Civil Engineering or Quantity Surveying.
• Experience with project costing, tendering and contract administration is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Prepare accurate cost estimates and tender submissions.
• Handle project quotations and ensure competitive pricing.
• Develop BOQ frameworks for pre- and post-tender stages.
• Perform quantity take-offs from drawings.
• Manage project costing and ensure budgets are met.
• Submit variation orders and monitor targets vs schedules.
• Coordinate with Sales Team to support sales needs.
• Attend client/consultant meetings for design changes and requirements.
• Prepare cutlists and shop drawings.
• Ensure accuracy and compliance with project specifications.
• Assist procurement and project execution documentation.
