Responsibilities

• Maintaining the purchasing policy
• Choosing the suppliers the company will deal with and maintaining the legal interaction with them
• Managing any SLA’s that may be in place and managing any Master Agreements between the suppliers and the company
• Ensuring that the best use of the business' money is made and that not too much money is tied up in stock and supplies
• Review inventories and order as required
• Keep track of BQs and control the orders
• Alert the Management if requisition is over the HQ
• Collate purchase orders and purchase requisitions for ordering of materials, goods and supplies
