HTX, Singapore's Science and Technology agency, invites a procurement professional to join its Central Procurement Office to support HTD and HQ operations. You will develop procurement strategies, prepare tenders, and ensure timely contract implementation across government partners.

We value strong analytical and communication skills, teamwork, and a keen interest in applying AI technologies to procurement workflows.

Qualificações

• Possess a tertiary qualification.
• Procurement experience and/or Public Sector knowledge preferred.
• Familiar with Government Procurement procedures.
• Strong analytical and communication skills.
• Able to work well in a team.
• Interest in applying AI tools to improve procurement workflows.

Responsabilidades

• Work with HTX divisions and MHA departments to develop procurement strategies.
• Prepare tender documents and manage tendering and award using government e-procurement systems.
• Provide professional advice on sourcing, contract and supplier management.
• Conduct spend analysis to formulate long-term procurement strategies.
• Capture lessons learned and share at forums or in-house courses.
• Handle ad-hoc initiatives and projects as assigned.
