Job summary

sggovterp is seeking a creative and strategic thinker to design immersive public engagement experiences that communicate transport agency messages and foster participation.

You will conceptualise strategies using storytelling and interactive design, apply spatial and experience design, and collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners.

The role includes project managing a future transport gallery space, researching community needs, and ensuring inclusive, accessible engagement.

Qualifications

• Knowledge in Communications, Design, Urban Planning or related disciplines.
• Experience in designing public engagement or experience-led initiatives with storytelling and interactive approaches.
• Strong communication skills translating complex ideas into clear experiences.
• Familiarity with digital platforms, interactive media or emerging engagement technologies.
• Knowledge of spatial, exhibition or experience design principles for hybrid environments.
• Strong project management and stakeholder engagement skills for multiple initiatives.
• Collaborative self-starter with a passion for inclusive public participation.

Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement immersive public engagement experiences that effectively communicate LTA's messages and initiatives.
• Conceptualise and deliver public engagement strategies using storytelling, interactive design and technologies to enhance audience understanding and participation.
• Apply spatial and experience design principles to create engaging environments for public events, exhibitions and outreach activities.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to co-create and execute engagement initiatives.
• Project manage the development of a future transport gallery experience space to foster greater public engagement.
• Conduct research and gather insights on community needs to ensure inclusive, accessible and relevant engagement.
• Manage planning, coordination and execution of engagement activities including logistics, vendors and partners.
• Monitor, analyse and evaluate feedback and engagement metrics to drive improvements.
