Responsibilities

• Design immersive and interactive public engagement experiences communicating LTA's messages.
• Develop engagement strategies using storytelling and interactive design.
• Apply spatial and experience design to create engaging environments for events and outreach.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams and external partners to execute initiatives.
• Project manage the development of a future transport gallery experience space.
• Research community needs to ensure inclusive and relevant engagement.
• Coordinate logistics, vendors, and partnerships for engagement activities.
• Monitor feedback and metrics to drive continuous improvement.
