Job summary

The Smart Local Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking a Projects & Marketing Executive to support management with market research, project coordination and branding initiatives. You will help drive new business opportunities and ensure delivery from brief to budget.

You will work closely with the Management Team, manage multiple projects, assist with CSR programs and client communications, and develop engaging content for social channels to grow audience and impact.

Qualifications

• Pursuing or holding a Diploma/Degree in Business/Finance/Economics.
• Able to work independently with minimal supervision.
• Thrive in a highly ambiguous environment.
• Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
• Strong analytical skills with attention to detail.

Responsibilities

• Support market studies, competitor research and project management for new businesses.
• Provide in-depth analysis and recommendations to aid management decisions.
• Assist with ad-hoc projects including office improvements, wellness programs and CSR activities.
• Secure barter partnerships and track contracts; assist Finance with audits.
• Lead transformation/change management projects and due diligence support.
• Oversee project delivery from brief to final output, ensuring on-time, on-budget results.
• Plan and manage content deliverables, coordinating with leads to ensure quality output.
• Develop marketing content for TSL Academy to engage communities and drive sign-ups.
