3S E&C PTE. LTD. is seeking a motivated Project Manager to lead projects from planning through to successful completion. You will steer timelines, budgets, resources and stakeholders to achieve project objectives with a proactive, results-driven approach.

The role requires strong leadership, excellent communication, and problem-solving abilities to coordinate with clients and contractors, ensure quality deliverables, and report progress to management.

Qualifications

• Minimum Diploma or Degree in Project Management or related discipline.
• Experience in project management preferred.
• Strong leadership and communication skills.

Responsabilités

• Plan, coordinate, and manage projects to ensure timely delivery.
• Develop project plans, schedules, budgets, and resource allocation.
• Monitor progress, identify risks, implement actions where necessary.
• Coordinate with internal teams, clients and contractors.
• Ensure deliverables meet quality standards and objectives.
• Prepare regular project status reports and updates to management.
• Manage project budgets, costs, resources.
• Resolve issues and ensure compliance with policies.
