Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent in Engineering, Science or Finance.
• Experience in Frontend/Backend Operations, Business Analyst, Management or Finance or Program and Project Management.
• Strong business acumen.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and Power BI.
• Excellent project/time management and priority setting.
• Ability to partner with other groups and build strong relationships.
• Experience in Fab, Facilities, Procurement or Finance.
• Knowledge of AI literacy and responsible use of AI tools.
• Growth mindset and continuous learning.
• Internship or experience in semiconductor industry encouraged.

Responsibilities

• Represent Fab10 in collaboration with Frontend Operations network.
• Ensure site-centric projects are shared to SPMO network.
• Lead program progress aligning with schedule, cost, and scope.
• Plan and schedule timelines and record achievements.
• Provide program performance updates across functions.
• Communicate with key partners to solicit feedback.
• Lead and control program changes including scope and policies.
• Identify project risks and evaluate solutions.
• Integrate AI-assisted tools to improve efficiency and quality.
• Contribute to continuous improvement with AI-enabled enhancements.
