Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, or related field, or equivalent experience.
• 7+ years in program management, strategy execution, or org/business operations roles.
• Experience leading large, cross-functional strategy programs at scale.
• Ability to operate autonomously and influence global, matrixed organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PSE strategy aligning growth with product roadmap and global scaling needs.
• Lead domain growth and cross-functional alignment across PSE from concept to execution.
• Strategically manage AI roadmap within PSE, aligning with broader AI strategy and governance.
• Drive AI adoption and new ways of working to prepare PSE for evolving roles.
• Establish KPIs and metrics to measure organizational impact and outcomes.
• Equip managers with scalable structures, tools, and processes for growth.
• Provide executive-ready progress updates and recommendations for leadership decisions.
