Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field, or equivalent.
• 7+ years of experience in program management, strategy execution, or organizational/business operations roles.
• Proven ability to lead large, cross-functional strategy programs at scale.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PSE strategy by aligning growth with the product roadmap and optimizing team structures.
• Domain & capability growth: lead strategic programs strengthening cross‑functional alignment and effectiveness.
• Strategically manage AI roadmap within PSE, ensuring governance and measurable impact across AI initiatives.
• AI deployment & future of work: drive adoption of AI tools and new ways of working.
• Establish KPIs and success metrics; track organizational impact and outcomes.
• Partner with PSE leaders to provide scalable structures, tools, and processes for growth.
