Job summary

Micron is seeking a PSE Strategy Program Manager to drive strategic initiatives that enable high‑quality, scalable engineering execution aligned with the product roadmap. The role focuses on AI strategy within Product & Systems Engineering (PSE), driving disciplined execution across multiple initiatives to maximize impact on roadmap outcomes.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Business, Program Management, Strategy, Organizational Effectiveness, or a related field.
• 7+ years of program management, strategy execution, or organizational/business operations roles.
• Demonstrated experience leading large, cross-functional strategy programs at scale.
• Ability to operate with autonomy and influence across global, matrixed organizations.
• Strong understanding of how complex organizations operate, scale, and deliver results.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute PSE strategy by aligning growth with the product roadmap and optimizing team structures.
• Lead strategic programs to strengthen domain expertise and cross-functional alignment from concept to execution.
• Manage AI roadmap within PSE, aligning goals with the broader AI strategy and ensuring measurable impact.
• Drive AI-enabled tools adoption and new ways of working to prepare PSE for evolving roles and operating models.
• Establish KPIs and governance; build executive-ready progress updates and recommendations.
