CAMERON (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. in Singapore is seeking a Manufacturing Planner to oversee production schedules, plan and sequence manufacturing operations, and ensure on-time delivery. The role collaborates with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to resolve blockers and optimize throughput.

The ideal candidate will manage MRP parameters, monitor progress, and implement continuous improvements to reduce lead times and costs while maintaining schedule integrity.

Responsabilidades

• Plan and prepare production orders/requisitions for manufacturing.
• Define operation sequence and lead times to meet shipping and delivery commitments.
• Plan the sequence of fabrication, assembly, and related manufacturing operations to guide execution on the shop floor.
• Maintain and update MRP planning and scheduling parameters of materials/product.
• Review planned order reports and release production work orders/purchase requisition according to the agreed production plan.
• Manage planning and production execution data, including work orders/purchase orders, priorities, capacity constraints, and production monitoring inputs.
• Implement and maintain effective capacity management and production monitoring practices.
• Track production progress against schedule requirements and intervene as needed to maintain schedule compliance.
• Expedite delayed operations and adjust schedules to address constraints, disruptions, and unforeseen conditions.
• Coordinate with Purchasing, Manufacturing, and Quality teams to ensure successful execution of the production schedule.
• Partner with production teams and procurement specialists to prioritize critical items and resolve blockers.
• Review customer backlog and align priorities to improve delivery performance.
