Job summary

Qualifications

• Diploma or degree in Engineering, Supply Chain, Production Management, Manufacturing or related discipline.
• 1–3 years of experience in production planning, manufacturing or operations coordination.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office, especially Excel.
• Strong analytical, planning and organizational abilities.
• Good communication and coordination skills.

Responsibilities

• Coordinate and support daily production activities for smooth operations.
• Develop, plan and monitor production schedules based on orders and business needs.
• Track progress and adjust schedules to minimize delays.
• Liaise with production, purchasing, warehouse and sales to ensure material availability.
• Monitor inventory levels and coordinate raw material replenishment.
• Prepare and maintain production reports, work orders and planning records.
• Identify bottlenecks and propose productivity improvements.
• Ensure compliance with policies, safety and quality standards.
• Support continuous improvement projects related to production planning and workflow efficiency.
• Perform other duties assigned by Management.
