Responsibilities

Work with CTO to define product vision and strategy based on market needs and business goals.
Create a long-term product roadmap with milestones aligned to market demands.
Stay current with tech trends and explore integrating new technologies or frameworks.
Lead efforts to differentiate the product with innovative solutions.
Gather and document product requirements from stakeholders.
Prioritize features by customer value and business goals, balancing innovation with feasibility.
Collaborate with engineering, design, and cross-functional teams to deliver to requirements.
Serve as main point of contact for development teams and ensure smooth communication.
Adopt agile practices to plan and estimate tasks effectively.
Encourage the team to work toward the product vision and company goals.
Allocate resources to development timelines and adjust as priorities shift.
Coordinate release schedules with marketing, sales, and other departments.
Provide updates on product status to stakeholders and executives.
Ensure workload is balanced and team members grow professionally.
