Job summary

CMC Global Company Limited in Singapore is seeking a passionate Product Manager/Product Owner to lead the development and evolution of our product capabilities, aligning cross-functional teams and delivering customer-centric solutions.

You will own the product backlog and roadmap, collaborate with customers, designers, and engineers, and drive incremental releases while fostering a culture of continuous improvement.

Qualifications

• Proven experience in product management or product ownership in Agile environments.
• Experience with eCommerce platforms and digital product flows.
• Ability to use data and KPIs to inform decisions.
• Nice to have collaboration with data scientists, ML engineers, or AI researchers.

Responsibilities

• Define and maintain the product roadmap in collaboration with stakeholders including customers, product managers, designers, and engineers.
• Own and prioritize the product backlog to ensure alignment with business goals and customer needs.
• Communicate product vision, strategy, and progress to internal teams and external stakeholders.
• Develop deep domain expertise and understand the company’s business model to inform product decisions.
• Lead planning and execution of mid-to-large scale product initiatives, ensuring visibility and transparency of progress and challenges.
• Drive continuous delivery of customer value through well-tested, incremental releases.
