Job summary

Recruit Express Pte Ltd is seeking a Purchasing professional onsite at Changi, Singapore. You will manage quotation, prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions for materials, supplies, and equipment, and monitor inventory to avoid stockouts.

You will also handle supplier relationships, data analysis, and coordination with logistics, production, finance and QA to ensure quality and timely deliveries. The role supports SOX and internal audits as needed.

Qualifications

• Experience in purchasing, sourcing, and supplier management.
• Ability to monitor inventory levels and manage POs.
• Strong data analysis skills and experience with reporting.
• Knowledge of PO collaboration, MRP, VMI and supplier performance metrics.

Responsibilities

• Manage quotation, prepare and process purchase orders and requisitions.
• Monitor inventory levels and ensure timely replenishment and stockouts avoidance.
• Maintain records of purchases, pricing and supplier performance.
• Maintain PO health (aging, past due, open POs) to ensure policy compliance.
• Coordinate urgent shipments, track orders and resolve PO issues.
• Collaborate with production, finance, engineering and quality teams.
