Job summary

Porsche Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking an experienced Specialist Procurement and Risk Management to join the Finance Team. The role supports end-to-end procurement and risk management activities, ensuring compliance, efficiency, and resilience across purchasing and risk areas.

The successful candidate will collaborate with the Finance Manager and cross-functional teams to optimise processes, strengthen internal controls, and drive governance and value creation in procurement and risk management.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field.
• Strong analytical skills with data interpretation ability.
• Collaborative team player who can also work independently.
• Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
• Proficient in Excel and procurement systems.

Responsibilities

• Manage procurement and risk systems and processes following group frameworks and regulatory standards.
• Coordinate with stakeholders and HQ on procurement requests, planning and risk activities.
• Support end-to-end procure-to-pay processes, including tenders, requisitions and purchase orders.
• Facilitate vendor evaluation and registration with due diligence.
• Support operational risk management, including risk identification, assessment and testing of mitigations.
• Assist with business continuity planning, scenario planning, and readiness training.
• Conduct onboarding and annual training on procurement and risk management.
• Prepare regular management reports and analyses on procurement and risk activities.
• Support continuous operational excellence initiatives across procurement and risk management.

Education

Bachelor's degree in Accounting, Business, Supply Chain or related field
