Enterprise Singapore’s Finance, Procurement and Administration team seeks a procurement‑focused professional to manage the budget, drive value for money in purchases, and support digitalisation through data, automation and emerging technologies.

This role is well suited for an early career professional keen to build a foundation in public sector procurement while gaining exposure to tech‑enabled process improvement initiatives.

Qualifications

• Possess a tertiary qualification.
• 3 to 5 years of working experience in procurement or related public sector function.
• Strong communication and stakeholder engagement skills.
• Organised and meticulous with written and verbal communication.
• Foundational knowledge or interest in data analytics, automation or digital tools (SQL, Python, AI).
• Understanding of how technology and data can improve procurement or business processes.

Responsibilities

• Strategic partnership to divisions on procurement activities to align with goals.
• Ensure procurement transactions comply with policies and governance standards.
• Review and implement procurement policies and procedures to enhance processes.
• Collaborate with internal stakeholders to understand procurement needs and provide solutions.
• Identify and mitigate procurement risks to safeguard the organization.
• Assist in data analytics, dashboards and basic AI use cases using tools like Power BI/Tableau/SQL/Python.
• Support management reporting and automated reporting to improve transparency.
