Job summary

cw in Singapore is seeking a Senior Manager, Strategic Client Procurement to devise and drive strategy for end-to-end supply chain operations, including vendor management, strategic sourcing and category management.

You will lead cross-functional teams on tender bids, drive process improvements, analyze spend, and report to executives while developing supplier relationships to optimize costs and performance.

Qualifications

• Experience driving end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management and strategic sourcing.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams on tender bids and process improvements.
• Ability to analyze spend, benchmarking, and develop multi-year sourcing strategies.

Responsibilities

• Devise and drive strategy to manage end-to-end supply chain operations including vendor management and category management.
• Act as lead for SCM by working within team and cross functional teams in projects for new tender bids and cost-focused improvements.
• Analyze current approaches to identify opportunities to improve speed and effectiveness of project execution, materials, sourcing, workflows, and costs.
• Deliver presentations to senior management with clear pros/cons and data-driven insights.
• Assist with development of the plan, budget and trends of the supply chain in line with strategy and budgeting.
• Monitoring SCM KPIs and generating monthly activity reports with data quality.
