Job summary

TRUST RECRUIT PTE. LTD. invites applications for a Procurement Manager based in Lok Yang Rd, Singapore. The role leads sourcing strategy, supplier partnerships, and governance across procurement functions to ensure value, quality, and continuity of supply.

Applicants should have at least 5 years of procurement experience, strong stakeholder engagement, and SAP proficiency. The position offers a SGD 5,000–7,500 monthly salary plus AWS and VB, with standard Mon–Fri hours.

Qualifications

• Minimum Bachelor Degree in Supply Chain, Procurement, Chemistry, Business Administration, Engineering (Manufacturing), Finance, or related field.
• Minimum 5 years of procurement, purchasing, sourcing, or supply chain experience; regional leadership preferred.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, category management, and team leadership.
• Experience in supply chain planning including demand forecasting and inventory management.
• Functional expertise in sourcing, category management and SAP.

Responsibilities

• Partner with internal and external stakeholders to align sourcing strategies, demand planning, pricing, and supply requirements with business objectives.
• Provide market intelligence and commodity insights to support business planning and decision-making.
• Develop and execute category strategies to optimize cost, quality, value, and supply performance.
• Lead supplier selection, negotiations, contract management, and supplier performance reviews.
• Ensure supply continuity through forecasting, supplier collaboration, inventory management, and contingency planning.
• Drive governance, controls, and data analytics to monitor performance and identify improvements.
• Identify and champion cost reduction projects and negotiate favorable material pricing.
