Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a seasoned procurement leader to drive strategy, supplier negotiations, and end-to-end contract management across multiple sites in Singapore.

The role focuses on governance, cost savings, and risk mitigation while collaborating with Finance, Operations, and HR to understand procurement needs. The ideal candidate brings 5–8 years of procurement experience, including 3 years in a managerial role, and a strong background in strategic sourcing, tender

Qualifications

• 5–8 years of progressive procurement experience, including at least 3 years in a managerial or supervisory role.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier negotiations, tender management, and contract administration.
• Experience in manufacturing, precision engineering, or an industrial environment is strongly preferred.
• Familiarity with ERP systems and procurement modules.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement procurement and sourcing strategies aligned with business objectives.
• Review and enhance procurement policies, procedures, and workflows to improve efficiency and governance.
• Identify supply chain risks and implement measures to mitigate commercial and operational challenges.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to achieve cost savings and optimise procurement processes.
• Manage the full supplier lifecycle, including sourcing, qualification, onboarding, performance evaluation, contract renewal, and termination.
• Negotiate pricing, payment terms, warranties, service levels, and other commercial conditions.
• Build strong supplier relationships and resolve issues relating to delivery, quality, and performance.
