Job summary

NEXBRIDGE RECRUITMENT PTE. LTD. is seeking a procurement professional to source suppliers, analyse costs, and manage BOM costing. The role focuses on cost optimisation, RFQ/RFP processes, and supplier performance in a manufacturing setting.

You will negotiate terms, monitor material costs, and support budgeting, inventory planning, and ERP/MRP execution, requiring a Diploma and at least two years' experience.

Qualifications

• Diploma in SCM or related field required.
• Minimum 2 years in costing, sourcing, procurement in manufacturing.
• Experience sourcing precision machining or sheet metal.
• Strong BOM costing and product cost analysis knowledge.
• Familiar with RFQ/RFP processes, supplier selection, and vendor management.
• Proficient in Microsoft Excel and ERP/MRP systems.
• Strong analytical, communication, and problem-solving skills.

Responsibilities

• Source and assess suppliers and vendors while requesting and comparing quotations.
• Prepare comprehensive cost analyses and detailed product cost breakdowns.
• Effectively negotiate pricing, payment terms, and delivery schedules.
• Monitor material costs and identify opportunities for cost savings.
• Maintain strong supplier relationships and keep accurate performance records.
• Support procurement, budgeting, and inventory planning initiatives.
• Ensure compliance with sourcing and purchasing policies.
