Job summary

Halliburton in Singapore is seeking an experienced procurement professional to plan sourcing for manufacturing and projects. Under supervision, you will issue POs, manage RFQs, and assess supplier performance. A technical or business undergraduate degree is required, with at least 2 years in procurement or production.

CPM certification is preferred. This role contributes to cost containment, efficiency and profitability within the global energy services leader.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate degree in a technical, business, or similar discipline.
• Minimum of 2 years of procurement or production experience.
• Advanced procurement certification preferred (CPM) and Purchase to Pay knowledge desirable.

Responsibilities

• Plans sourcing of goods and services to support manufacturing, field operations, or projects.
• Complies with and executes Category Management strategies.
• Issues purchase orders based on material requirements.
• Implements local procurement agreements for un-covered categories.
• Creates RFQ documents and coordinates competitive bids.
• Assesses supplier performance.
• Role impacts cost containment, efficiency, profitability, or operations.
• Under direct supervision; must have an undergraduate degree and 2+ years of experience.
