Job summary

Schneider Electric is seeking a Purchasing Business Finance Partner to join the EA Procurement leadership team. You will develop strategy, set targets, and animate performance reviews, challenging supplier productivity and delivery through metrics.

You will collaborate with GSC Regions, BU’s, Operations and Corporate Functions to promote financial awareness across non-finance teams. Your role drives productivity, cost management, and financial governance across the procurement network, enabling

Qualifications

At least 10 years of experience as a Finance Business Partner.
Proven experience deploying digital automation for prescriptive and predictive analytics.

Responsibilities

Animate Annual Procurement Operational Planning to support productivity and base cost targets.
Challenge targets with Global Markets, BU Procurement, and GSC Regions.
Animate quarterly rolling forecast for productivity and base cost to identify gaps.
Lead SIM meetings to identify, fund and track actions to close gaps to target.
Own productivity pipeline tracking tools (e.g., iSave, Prism) for GSC International EA.
Own the raw material inflation impact process and tool (RMI) for GSC International EA.
Leverage the BVD portal to evaluate supplier financial health and drive mitigations.
Drive cash improvement actions with the regional Cash champion.
Ensure internal controls with GSC International EA procurement finance teams.
Manage transversal projects for Global Procurement Finance.
