Schneider Electric Singapore Pte Ltd is seeking a Senior Manager, Procurement – East Asia to lead regional category strategy and drive a major procurement transformation across the East Asia region from our Kallang office in Singapore. You will partner with business and supply chain leaders to unlock sustainable value, embed cost competitiveness, and build a resilient supplier ecosystem.

Qualifications

• 15+ years of procurement leadership experience.
• Strong exposure to regional category management and transformation programs.
• Deep expertise in East Asia supply markets, especially China.
• Ability to influence senior stakeholders in a matrix/global org.
• Strategic thinking and execution discipline.

Responsibilities

• Define and lead regional category strategies across key spend areas.
• Translate global strategies into regionally optimized execution.
• Drive value creation across cost, innovation, risk, sustainability, and speed.
• Lead the Procurement Transformation PMO for East Asia.
• Orchestrate end-to-end transformation programs with governance and KPIs.
• Develop a resilient supplier ecosystem with diversification.
• Partner with business leaders to shape sourcing and supply chain strategy.
• Establish data-driven governance and performance dashboards.
