Qualifications

• Procure engineering materials, equipment, spare parts, and services per project needs.
• Review specs, drawings, BOQs and PRs to define procurement requirements.
• Identify and coordinate with qualified suppliers and subcontractors.
• Obtain and compare quotations on price, quality, delivery, and terms.
• Prepare purchase orders, procurement documents and supplier recommendations.
• Coordinate with engineering, project, construction and site teams on specs and schedules.
• Review supplier offers, datasheets, catalogs and compliance documents.
• Negotiate pricing, delivery, payment terms, warranties and other terms.
• Monitor supplier performance, progress and delivery schedules.
• Ensure materials meet specifications and Singapore regulations.
