Job summary

Sulzer Singapore Pte. Ltd. is seeking a Senior Procurement Engineer to lead strategic sourcing and procurement for engineered equipment and major project buyouts.

You will own procurement strategy, supplier management, negotiations, and cost optimization while ensuring compliance with Sulzer policies and ESG standards. In this role you will guide project procurement from requisition through final delivery, manage risk, and mentor procurement engineers while aligning with KPIs and delivery

Qualifications

• Minimum 10–15 years of procurement experience in EPC, Oil & Gas, Energy, Chemical, Process equipment or related industries.
• Proven experience in strategic sourcing, supplier management, cost reduction, and project procurement execution.
• Ability to lead cross-functional teams and communicate effectively in English.

Responsibilities

• Lead procurement activities from requisition to final delivery for major project packages.
• Develop project procurement plans and procurement schedules.
• Provide procurement execution strategies and supplier negotiations.
• Ensure compliance with DOA, QA, ESG, and client requirements.
