Job summary

TEKISHUB CONSULTING SERVICES PTE. LTD. seeks an experienced Insurance Manager (Product & Marketing) to oversee product communications, branding governance and distributor materials for the Singapore Life and Health Insurance market.

The role involves coordinating cross-functional teams, ensuring regulatory alignment and timely delivery of customer and distributor communications across channels, while maintaining brand standards and business objectives.

Qualifications

• Diploma or Degree in Business, Marketing, Insurance, Finance or a related discipline.
• Relevant experience within the Singapore Life and/or Health Insurance industry.
• Strong understanding of insurance products, product communications, marketing collateral and distribution support.
• Experience working with insurer branding standards and brand governance.
• Familiarity with regulatory and compliance requirements relating to insurance product and customer communications in Singapore.
• Experience developing or reviewing product brochures, proposal forms, sales kits, customer forms and distributor materials.
• Strong stakeholder management skills with the ability to work across Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution functions.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Strong attention to detail with the ability to manage multiple materials, stakeholders and deadlines concurrently.
• Ability to work independently in a fast-paced and regulated environment.

Responsibilities

• Manage and coordinate the development, review and implementation of Life and Health Insurance product and marketing materials.
• Review and maintain product brochures, proposal forms, customer forms, sales kits, distributor materials, marketing collateral and digital content.
• Ensure all customer-facing and distributor-facing materials comply with established brand guidelines and branding standards.
• Work closely with Product, Compliance, Legal, Marketing and Distribution teams to ensure materials are accurate, compliant and ready for regulatory and business use.
• Coordinate the end-to-end review and approval process for product and marketing communications.
• Ensure product information, disclosures, branding and messaging are consistently represented across different communication channels.
• Support product launches, product enhancements and marketing initiatives through the preparation and coordination of relevant communication materials.
• Provide guidance to internal stakeholders and external partners on brand requirements and product communication standards.
• Support distribution channels by ensuring sales and product materials are accurate, up to date and aligned with business requirements.
• Identify inconsistencies or compliance gaps in customer-facing materials and coordinate the necessary amendments.
• Maintain proper documentation and version control of approved product and marketing materials.
