Brand Cellar in Singapore is seeking an Assistant Manager to own client accounts and campaigns, providing strategic PR counsel while ensuring high-quality execution across multiple projects under tight deadlines.

You will lead project workflows, manage day-to-day client relationships, and mentor junior team members while developing media relations strategies and overseeing materials to deliver measurable results for clients.

Qualifications

• Strong writing and communication skills essential for crafting pitches and client communications.
• Experience building and maintaining media relationships to secure coverage and thought leadership.
• Ability to manage multiple campaigns and clients simultaneously, meeting tight deadlines.

Responsibilities

• Lead PR campaigns from strategy and planning through to execution and evaluation.
• Manage day-to-day client accounts, acting as a key contact and providing strategic PR counsel.
• Develop media relations strategies to secure relevant and high-impact media coverage.
• Develop strategic decks, campaign plans, timelines, media lists, status reports and coverage reports.
• Build and maintain strong, long-term relationships with clients, media contacts, influencers and industry stakeholders.
• Identify and leverage media trends, news opportunities and industry developments to support client objectives.
• Develop and oversee high-quality PR materials including media pitches, press releases, spokesperson profiles, fact sheets and key messaging.
• Lead media pitching and proactively secure top-tier opportunities across brand, profile and product stories.
• Plan and oversee media events, media tours and other PR activations.
• Provide guidance, coaching and support to junior team members and review work to ensure quality and accuracy.
• Manage multiple client accounts and projects effectively, ensuring deliverables are completed on time and to a high standard.
• Support new business development, including proposal development, client presentations and pitch opportunities.
• Track campaign performance and provide clients with insights and recommendations to improve PR outcomes.
