Responsibilities

Lead AGD's annual strategic planning cycle, including organisational analysis, workplan materials, retreats, and focus group facilitation.
Design and implement transformation initiatives to enhance employee engagement and promote a oneAGD culture.
Develop corporate performance metrics and risk management frameworks to improve organisational effectiveness.
Organise corporate events, townhalls, and internal learning seminars to strengthen staff engagement and knowledge sharing.
Act as secretary for management meetings ensuring effective governance and decision-making.
