Responsibilities

• Lead AGD's strategic planning cycle, including organisational analysis and preparing workplans.
• Design and implement transformation initiatives to enhance engagement and the oneAGD culture.
• Develop corporate performance metrics and risk management frameworks.
• Organise corporate events, townhalls, and internal learning seminars for staff development.
• Serve as secretariat for management meetings and governance processes.
