Job summary

EMPLOYMENT AND EMPLOYABILITY INSTITUTE PTE. LTD. seeks a Deputy Director, Planning, Strategy & Insights to steer e2i's strategy, corporate planning, and performance frameworks.

You will translate evidence into actionable plans, work with senior management and government partners, and guide cross-functional initiatives to advance employment and employability outcomes. You will lead research and analytics, oversee strategic priorities, and provide governance support while building partnerships

Qualifications

• 13+ years of experience in strategy, planning, policy development or analytics.
• Proven track record in driving enterprise-wide initiatives and governance.
• Ability to influence senior leaders and external stakeholders effectively.
• Strong analytical, problem-solving and communication skills.
• Experience collaborating with government agencies and cross-functional teams.

Responsibilities

• Lead and develop the Planning, Strategy & Insights function with strategic direction.
• Drive organisation-wide strategy formulation and corporate planning alignment.
• Oversee foresight, research and organisational insights for policy decisions.
• Partner with senior management, the Board and NTUC leadership on priorities.
• Drive enterprise performance management and KPI reporting for accountability.
• Build strategic partnerships with government agencies and stakeholders.
• Oversee development of analytics to support decision-making and board discussions.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to senior management on emerging issues.
