Job summary

NCS is seeking a Strategic Planning Intern to support campaigns, communications, and people engagement under the CEO Office. You will assist with campaign planning and execution, conduct market research, analyse data, and prepare presentations and reports.

This internship offers exposure to strategic planning, stakeholder engagement, and event coordination in a fast-paced corporate environment, with opportunities to contribute to CSR initiatives and internal communications.

Qualifications

• Undergraduate majors in Business, Management, Communications, or related disciplines.
• Strong written and verbal communication skills.
• Positive attitude with willingness to learn and take initiative.
• Good analytical and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced and dynamic environment.
• Comfortable working with multiple stakeholders and managing tasks independently.
• Able to commit on a full-time basis for at least 5 to 6 months.

Responsibilities

• Support strategic campaigns and communications under the CEO Office.
• Conduct market research and analyse data and insights.
• Prepare presentation materials and reports; coordinate with stakeholders.
• Assist in internal and external communication efforts, townhalls and EDMs.
• Organise engagement activities such as CSR initiatives and project sessions.
