Job summary

Responsibilities

• Support the preparation of client meetings, including engagements with C-suite executives.
• Prepare meeting agendas, objectives, presentation materials, and meeting minutes.
• Coordinate meetings with clients, internal stakeholders, and delivery teams.
• Conduct market and competitor research to identify industry trends and business opportunities.
• Analyse research findings to support new service offerings and business strategies.
• Assist in developing client presentations by researching and preparing content.
• Support the preparation of client proposals and Request for Proposal (RFP) responses.
• Assist in engaging and coordinating with third‑party vendors and technology partners.
• Track project progress, timelines, deliverables, and follow‑up actions.
• Support multiple projects and recurring business activities simultaneously.
• Learn to prioritise tasks, manage competing deadlines, and balance urgent versus important work.
• Collaborate with senior leaders and cross‑functional teams on strategic initiatives and client engagements.
