ADVANTEST (SINGAPORE) PTE. LTD. seeks a Strategic Supplier Manager for PCB to holistically steer the supplier base and translate commodity strategies into robust supplier capabilities.

Qualifications

• Degree or equivalent in a related field such as supply chain, business or engineering.
• Proven experience in strategic supplier management or procurement in technical environments.
• Experience with PCB domain and supplier governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Strategic PCB supplier governance across the full supplier lifecycle.
• Design long‑term commercial and contractual frameworks with suppliers.
• Lead supplier performance governance and risk management.
• Drive capacity, investment planning and buffer concepts with suppliers.
• Enable fast NPI execution with alignment on technology and ramp readiness.
• Collaborate with R&D, Product Management, Quality and Operations.
• Identify opportunities for cost reduction, innovation and supply resilience.
• Track KPIs such as OTD, cost stability and quality; define mitigations.
