• 3–5 years of experience in partnership management or stakeholder engagement.

• Experience in program or project management and problem solving.
• Analytical and strategic thinking to devise practical solutions.
• Ability to manage multiple tasks with tight deadlines in a team.

Responsibilities

• Develop and implement strategic plans to grow the SWDA ecosystem.
• Engage enterprises and intermediaries to address on-ground jobs and skills issues.
