Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree required; Master’s preferred in public policy, urban planning, geospatial science, or related field.
• Experience in public policy or public administration is advantageous.
• No health/medical qualification required; cross-disciplinary fluency is valued.
• Around 10–15 years in Singapore Public Service at Senior Manager/Assistant Director level or equivalent.
• Cross-agency experience in infrastructure, land use, urban planning, or geospatial data.
• Experience engaging senior government decision-makers and preparing briefing materials.

Responsibilities

• Serve as HD4's primary liaison with government ministries and statutory boards for WP5.
• Identify, negotiate, and facilitate access to geospatial and related datasets for HD4 research.
• Surface policy problems and help shape research questions and pilots.
• Co-design research questions, study designs, and pilots with government stakeholders.
• Translate research findings into actionable policy recommendations and dashboards.
