Job summary

COMMENHERS LLP is seeking a Partnerships & Growth Associate who enjoys connecting with people, spotting opportunities and turning conversations into meaningful collaborations. You'll work with the Founder to identify new markets, strengthen client relationships and develop service opportunities.

This role focuses on partnerships, business development, and growth, with responsibilities ranging from outreach to proposal support and CRM management in a fast-moving, sustainability-driven team.

Qualifications

• Experience or strong interest in partnerships, business development, sales, account management, events, education or sustainability.
• Confident communicating through email, phone calls and meetings.
• Able to work independently in a small and fast-moving team.
• Interest in sustainability, circularity and/or social impact.

Responsibilities

• Identify and reach out to potential corporate, school, government, community and event partners.
• Conduct targeted email outreach and cold calling, particularly to schools and organisations.
• Research potential clients, industries and partnership opportunities.
• Generate and qualify new leads, build relationships and arrange meetings with qualified prospects.
• Support the Founder in preparing proposals, quotations and pitches.
