Job summary

ACCA Careers seeks an experienced business development professional to build and manage strategic referral partnerships with private banks, family offices, trust companies, law firms, and other intermediaries in Singapore. The role focuses on generating new opportunities and identifying client wealth planning needs through a professional partner ecosystem.

Qualifications

6 to 8 years of experience in business development, wealth management, private banking, trust and fiduciary services, insurance, family office, or professional services.
Strong network of professional intermediaries and referral partners.
Good understanding of trust structures, estate planning, succession planning, and wealth preservation strategies.
Proven ability to originate business through relationship-building and strategic partnerships.
Self-starter with an entrepreneurial mindset and ability to thrive in a start-up environment.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage strategic referral partnerships with private banks, family offices, trust companies, law firms, accounting firms, and other professional intermediaries.
Generate new business opportunities through referral and partnership channels.
Identify client wealth planning needs and facilitate appropriate solutions through our professional partner ecosystem.
Represent the business at networking events, industry forums, and client seminars.
Contribute to the growth and development of a newly established business platform.
