Qualifications

• Proven track record in wealth planning, estate management, or fiduciary services in private banking or financial services.
• Deep knowledge of estate planning structures, life insurance solutions, and regulatory frameworks.
• Strong business development with revenue growth and distribution expansion.
• Exceptional communication and presentation skills to translate complex concepts.
• Bachelor degree in Law, Finance, Business, or related discipline; certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Drive growth with holistic estate and legacy planning for high‑net‑worth clients regionally.
• Partner internally to deliver comprehensive estate planning solutions.
• Conduct workshops, seminars and training on wealth planning, regulatory changes, and tax implications.
• Build external partnerships to expand fiduciary and corporate services footprint in Singapore and region.
• Create/update knowledge resources to establish best practices in wealth and estate planning.
• Engage existing clients to review structures, identify upsell opportunities, and ensure satisfaction.
