Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies in Singapore seeks an experienced outreach professional to lead engagement programmes for tech recruitment, scholarships and partnerships. You will design, implement and drive initiatives to elevate CSIT’s brand and expand our network.

You will coordinate with government agencies, industry partners, and academic institutions; manage vendors and publicity materials, analyze effectiveness, and plan resources. Singapore Citizens due to CSIT's status.

Qualificações

• Degree in HR, Business Admin, Marketing, Arts & Social Sciences or related field with at least 5 years’ experience in recruitment or outreach.
• Good interpersonal and written/verbal communication skills.
• Strong analytical and planning abilities; able to multi-task and manage priorities.
• Able to work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Willing to work after office hours and on weekends when required.
• Understanding of tech recruitment landscape; Singapore Citizens only due to CSIT’s status.

Responsabilidades

• Plan, develop and execute engagement and outreach programmes for tech recruitment, scholarship and partnerships.
• Ensure smooth implementation, develop publicity material, manage vendors, and evaluate effectiveness of outreach programmes.
• Maintain and grow networks/partnerships with government agencies, commercial companies, academic institutions and Special Interest Groups.
