Job summary

Centre for Strategic Infocomm Technologies in Singapore is seeking motivated individuals to join our Talent Acquisition team. You will help build our talent pipeline across cybersecurity, data analytics, cloud and software engineering, and manage scholarships and internships from sourcing to onboarding.

You will partner with hiring managers, design recruitment strategies, assess candidates for diverse technical roles, and own the end-to-end lifecycle, from workforce planning to offer management

Qualifications

• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related discipline.
• Strong understanding of information technology and the technical skills required for our roles.
• Ability to communicate effectively with candidates and internal stakeholders.
• Team player with good planning ability and attention to detail.
• Manage multiple priorities and work independently in a fast-paced environment.
• Prior agency and/or in-house end-to-end recruitment experience would be an advantage.
• Singapore Citizens only will be considered for CSIT under the Ministry of Defence.

You will be part of a team that is responsible for the end-to-end recruitment cycle, from sourcing to placement as well as the management of scholarships and internships.

• Assess applications and identify suitable candidates for diverse technical roles

What we are looking for:

• A degree or professional qualification in Human Resource, Business Administration, or any related discipline
