Job summary

Triton AI Pte Ltd in Singapore is seeking an Operations Planning & Performance Engineer with a chemical/process engineering background and at least five years in production/operations roles. You will bridge production operations with financial planning, budgeting, and senior management reporting to drive cost management and strategic planning.

Role requires strong data interpretation, reporting, and collaboration across Engineering, Finance and Supply Chain.

Qualifications

Degree in Chemical Engineering, Process Engineering, Accountancy, Business Administration or a related discipline.
Minimum five years of relevant experience as process, production or operations engineer in chemical/petrochemical/process industries.
Exposure to budgeting, forecasting, cost control, OPEX or CAPEX and management reporting is highly advantageous.
Finance/planning/analytical experience within a chemical manufacturing environment is welcome.
Strong understanding of manufacturing operations, cost drivers and business performance indicators.
Excellent analytical, numerical and problem-solving abilities with good communication and presentation skills.

Responsibilities

Prepare monthly and annual P&L projections, operating budgets, forecasts and variance analyses.
Translate production, operational and cost data into actionable business insights for management.
Support OPEX and CAPEX planning, cost monitoring and business-planning activities.
Prepare and coordinate monthly and annual management reports.
Coordinate Board papers, management presentations and supporting materials.
Identify opportunities to streamline planning and reporting with AI, automation or digital tools.
