Job summary

Shopee Singapore is seeking a results-oriented professional to join Regional Marketplace Operations. You will partner with senior management to shape Shopee App and operations processes through data-driven initiatives and cross-functional collaboration.

You will own high-impact projects across operations streams, apply rigorous analysis, and foster adoption of planning and execution best practices across diverse markets and teams.

Qualifications

• Degree in Business, Engineering, or related field.
• Minimum 2 years experience in e‑Commerce, management consulting or in‑house strategy.
• Strong analytical thinking, critical reasoning and problem-solving.

Responsibilities

• Work closely with senior management as an integral member of the team responsible for shaping Shopee App and Operations processes through robust analysis and initiatives
• Engage in project-based initiatives aimed at identifying and implementing solutions to drive significant improvement in our ecommerce processes and experience
• Own and drive high-impact projects across operations-related verticals and workstreams
• Utilise strong analytical skills and a hands-on, pragmatic approach to deliver tangible results
• Employ effective communication to tactfully encourage the adoption of planning and execution best practices as a result of project outcomes
