Job summary

Ask & Embla, a Singapore-based jewelry brand, is hiring a Merchandiser to translate data into actionable range strategies, stock health, and trading outcomes. You will act as a connector across Merchandising, Planning, Buying, Production, Marketing and Operations, ensuring alignment as the business scales.

Qualifications

• 3-5 years merchandising experience.
• Strong analytical skills and fluency in Excel/Google Sheets.
• Self-starter with initiative and ownership.
• Excellent cross-functional communication across departments.
• Collaborative, solutions-oriented mindset.
• High attention to detail and accountability.

Responsibilities

• Sales Analysis, Reporting & Strategic Insight: Prepare regular and ad-hoc sales reports and analyses with actionable recommendations.
• Assortment Planning, Buying & Purchase Order Management: Create/maintain SKUs, manage POs end-to-end, liaise with suppliers.
• Product Data Ownership & Governance: Maintain accuracy/completeness of product attributes and SKU Master.
• Cross-Functional Collaboration & Communication: Partner with Marketing/Web, Production, Ops and Product Development; ensure timely dissemination of product information and support buying with supplier coordination.
