The role is based in Singapore and focuses on counsel, messaging, and media engagement across key stakeholders.

You will drive media relations, manage relationships with journalists, propose impactful stories, and oversee events from concept to delivery, monitoring coverage to assess impact.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree with at least 4 years of relevant experience.
• Strong news sense and an established media network.
• Excellent command of English; proficiency in a second language is preferred.
• Good grasp of new communication tools and trends.
• Adept at project management with the ability to work independently and as a team player.
• Willingness to support events outside regular hours and be reachable for media matters after hours.

Responsibilities

• Drive effective communications through media relations for key SingHealth stakeholders.
• Prepare media materials and provide strategic counsel to internal stakeholders.
• Manage relationships with media contacts and monitor reputational risks.
• Propose story ideas, develop content, and ensure key messages are conveyed.
• Coordinate events from planning to execution and contribute to daily media reporting.
• Engage internal stakeholders to identify profiling opportunities and optimise media engagement.
